WORKSHOP QUESTIONS
What makes our program unique?
The workshop is tailored toward you clarifying your dreams and achieving your personal goals! You’ll relax, de-stress in fresh crisp mountain air, and be serenaded by the sounds of nature and silence. But more importantly, you will Catch your Dream and leave with clarity and focus to help you move forward and realize your vision.
Your facilitators value the importance of personal, self development. Because of this, we introduce meditative practices minus dogma, Eastern influences or a guru that are guaranteed to work—even for the meditation challenged! We are ritual free. We believe that each individual must determine their own method and therefore, we work with you to develop a program that works for you.
This is an opportunity to get your questions answered first hand. The failittors have been there, done that, and can share their personal stories and help you develop your ideas. But there is more. They keep groups small … there’s never a class size over 26 unless you’re warned up front. When you attend this workshop, you have unlimited access to the facilitators, except of course when they are sleeping!
Can you provide a little more detail about you audio technology?
We use a special audio technology known as Hemi-Sync® that helps you gain clarity and focus while working towards catching your dreams. Based on our own experiences and the experiences of many others, we consider Hemi-Sync®—a thoroughly researched patented audio technology—to be the elixir. For more information, click here.
Is extra support available so that I can continue this process when I get home?
For those who desire more support once they arrive home, we have several programs available. The first is a personal coaching email support program which allows unlimited access to Allyn and/or Pam via email at the rate of $5 per month.
The second is an expanded coaching program that includes the email support program plus group phone calls, and a new Hemi-Sync® CD each month (with suggested uses) sent to your home. The rate for this program is $39.99 a month. Finally, both Allyn and Pam offer individual coaching sessions for those who are needing more support. These are designed to fit specific individual needs and priced accordingly.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION QUESTIONS
What are the accommodations like?
To make sure your stay is fabulous; we are teaming up with the capable and talented staff at Mountain Quest Inn. The Inn is situated on a high-valley mountain farm in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia. See www.mountainquestinn.com The price per person is based on double occupancy of each room, which means sharing a room with a friend or another participant. If you’d prefer not to share, a limited number of single rooms are available for an extra fee. Please let us know, if you are requesting a single room.
When should I plan to arrive?
Arrive Friday October 22, 2010 and depart Monday, October 25, 2010. Registration will take place between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. on October 22. If you need to arrive earlier than this, that is okay. Your room may or may not be ready, but you’ll find plenty of comfortable places to hang out while you wait, and there are hiking trails on the farm. The workshop begins at 6:00 p.m., and we should be back in our rooms by 9:30 p.m. for those who want to get a good night’s sleep. Saturday morning, breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m., and the workshop starts following breakfast. On Monday, October 25, plan to leave after breakfast.
What about meals?
The workshop price includes all meals. Most of our meals will be served buffet style, but on one occasion we’ll enjoy a fine-dining experience. All meals will be served at the Mountain Quest Inn. Proteins and fresh vegetarian options are available at each meal. In addition, the Mountain Quest Inn chef can cater to most special dietary needs, but advance notice is required. The grocery store is a long trek away from the Inn, so please advise when you make your reservation if you have any special dietary requirements.
What do I bring?
Packing is a matter of personal choice. We suggest comfortable clothes for fall weather. The farm is situated in the high mountains, so evenings can be cool. Medium and light-weight jackets are highly recommended. Bring walking or hiking shoes, a swimming suit for the hot tub or sauna. Many find they enjoy using a sleeping mask or something similar like a dark wash cloth to cover their eyes while doing the meditation exercises. We will have eye pillows for sale for less than $20. If you know you’d like to purchase one and have a style preference, let us know in advance.
We also suggest that you bring a writing pen or pencil or more … if you like to write/create using a variety of pencils, pens and colors, pack them!
REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT QUESTIONS
What’s the Cost?
The three-day workshop costs $725. For this workshop, you’ll need to arrive on October 22, 2010 (Friday) before 6:00 p.m. And plan to depart on October 25, 2010 (Monday morning). This tuition does not include transportation costs.
Groups are small, and the facilitators spend lots of quality time with each and every participant. This experience is geared to help you find all the joy, freedom and abundance you seek.
Are there any payment options?
If you’re having a hard time putting all the tuition money together we’d like to help. While options are limited because of the payments necessary to hold the workshop, special payment options are available. For example, we can finance up to 45% percent over a 12 month period. What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel without penalty, you will need to let us know you are unable to make the workshop by 5:00 p.m. EST on September 19, 2010. If you prepay and by this date you discover you cannot attend for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund. After this date, if we cannot fill your spot, we will refund all monies paid less $125 registration fee to help cover facility use penalties. If you or we can find a substitute to take your place, we will refund every single penny you paid to reserve your spot.
