The Monroe Institute Outreach Excursion Workshop
Based on the work of Bob Monroe

Treat yourself to two days of Self-Exploration in expanded states of consciousness and deep meditation and relaxation based on the work of Bob Monroe’s (Monroe Institute) Hemi-Sync technology.

Note that these are experiential and participatory sessions. We limit the number of participants to create an inviting place for you to experience altered states of consciousness. Yes, space is limited!

This is not a lecture series. There is a brief introduction and orientation, and the rest is spent meditating and in group discussion.

Benefits include, but are not limited to: reduced stress, enhanced sleep and increased intuition. You will also learn techniques you can use every day that will help with creativity and problem solving.

All these benefits come without dogma. There is no religious connection or guru involved.

On completion of the workshop you receive a $200 certificate off any Monroe Institute Residential Program. There is no expiration date.

House Keeping Items…

We include a money-back guarantee. If the fee to attend is more than you can afford, email me (info@allynevans.com). We offer partial payment plans and scholarships. It’s important to me that if you want to join us, you are able to do so.

For more about what you need to bring besides yourself:

  1. Journal and pen. A workbook will be provided and does have space for taking notes or recording experiences.
  2. Pillow and blanket. When we meditate our temperature can change and so we always suggest that you come prepared for comfort. Wear layers. If you are cold natured, bring socks and jacket or extra blanket.
  3. Headset with volume control. If you already don’t own a pair, you can find them at many places such as Wal-mart, Target, Radio Shack and similar. You can find decent sets for around $15.00. To gain better sound quality and noise control, you might have to spend more. The good news is the inexpensive sets work fine.
  4. Eye covers. Some people prefer to cover their eyes. There will be hand towels available, but you are welcome to bring your own eye covers, if you desire.
  5. Bring a water bottle. Extra water will be available if you need more or forget.

Overnight Excursion

If the idea of an overnight Excursion experience is appealing, we are hosting one in December 2010 at Sancta Sophia (Tahlequah, OK) on Friday, December 10th until Sunday, December 12th.

What makes this event special is that is more closely resembles the experience you would have if you visited The Monroe Institute in Faber, VA. The Sancta Sophia campus has a student dormitory that we will have access to use. We’ll be the only group using the facility at that time.

For more details, email me. The price is intentionally made reasonable. Your tuition of $350 covers room and board and all workshop costs including workbook and facility fees. The only cost not covered is your expense to travel to and from Sancta Sophia.
